With that being said, it is really hard to find buyer’s exactly what they are looking for.

We work closely with J Perry Homes, our builder who is currently finishing up Phase One in the Fox Run Neighborhood in Georgetown, Kentucky about to start Phase Two, and finishing up on the last couple of lots in the Copper Creek Subdivision in Lexington. Building on these lots allows us to meet housing inventory needs and find our clients a home that is custom to their specific wants and needs. We will be with you every step of the way throughout the process of building your home. Our goal is to help keep you focused throughout the new construction process and keep you from getting overwhelmed at any point during the months it takes to build your dream home.
